The Hangover Pub is located in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is close to the previous location, The Queen’s Cups. It is in a busy area since it is minutes away from Kelley Square. It is next to the restaurant called Broth, and they are owned by the same person. The food at The Hangover Pub is all based around bacon. Whether it’s bacon on a burger, in a salad, or just on the side, bacon is present on the dish. The restaurant has a lot of open space, but it still has enough tables. There is a lot of natural light pouring in through the large windows. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed. It seems like people go there just to eat good food and have a good time. Although, if you don’t like bacon, it is probably not the place for you.

These are the boneless chicken fingers. They were served golden brown and very appealing to the eye. They were served with a slightly spicy sauce.
The Queen’s Cups is located in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is in a busy area just minutes away from Kelley Square. As soon as you walk in, your eye is drawn to a giant case filled with unique cupcakes. Their flavors are far from ordinary. Some are filled with candy and sprinkles while others are filled with fluff or cookie dough. The staff is very polite and helpful. We were shown how to decorate four cupcakes. They assisted us with any questions we had or help that we needed. There is a small space when you walk in, but when you turn the corner there is a large room. It is decorated mainly in white, pink, and gold. There are tables and multiple small couches.

These are all six cupcakes I made. For four of them, I was instructed. Two of them I just did whatever I wanted. Some have strawberries, candy, cookie dough, or fluff.
The Rose Room is located in Webster, Massachusetts. It is close to the highway, but set back to a point where you feel like you are in a small quaint town. When you walk in, you will encounter a very homemade style vibe. It adds a personal touch. They have string lights across the ceiling which adds a cute style. They have a couple couches and tables. The tables look slightly dated, but in a good way. It fits the style of the restaurant as a whole. It has a wooden wall and gold decor which is pleasing to the eye. It has a neat chalkboard menu displaying all their specials and drinks. They have multiple types of coffee and even homemade sodas with different flavors. Their menu displays the food with creative names including; “yo-gurtie”, “egg sammy”, and “yolks & spuds” to name a few. The food is served on varying antique-looking plates. The plates were accompanied with various embroidered napkins. They supply paper straws in place of your ordinary plastic straws. The cafe has both modern and antique aspects. Usually, I would not think those could be intertwined, but they were mixed very well to compliment each other.

This picture includes three “yo-gurties”, two cold brews, and one latte. The latte looked very artistic and enticing. It looked almost too good to drink. Each yogurt was only $4, so it is very affordable. The plates and napkins used looked like antiques which added a unique feel for the restaurant.
This is a cold brew with a “yo-gurtie” which is like a yogurt with almonds, granola, and fruit. It was made quickly and the servers were very polite. The food was okay, but the average person could have done the same thing at home. It was not bad, just not anything special.
Heirloom Food Company is located in Danielson, Connecticut. It is an organic and vegan restaurant. The menu has intriguing options, but they are a little on the pricey side for the amount of food you get. The menu stands out through its fruity and colorful smoothies. It mainly consists of specialized sandwiches, wraps, salads, and unique grilled cheese made with vegan cheese. As a whole, it has a very earthy and natural vibe. This is caused by the various wooden tables and flooring. As soon as you walk in, your eyes are drawn to the chalkboard menu. Each room has a different color wall which is intriguing, yet a little too busy. A great place to visit after grabbing a bite to eat at Heirloom Food Company is Logee’s Greenhouse. Logee’s Greenhouse is also located in Danielson, Connecticut. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. The multiple greenhouses allow for many different types of plants and herbs. Some can be used in food, shown at Heirloom Food Company. No matter what plant or herb you are looking at, the aroma is very natural and awakening. The natural light coming in makes one feel like they are in summertime. It feels like an alternate universe.

There were many different types of plants and herbs at Logee’s Greenhouse. The natural aroma was refreshing and followed you wherever you explore. I would definitely go back to discover more, but the space for walking was a little crammed and narrow.
This is the “harvest apple grilled cheese” at Heirloom Food Company. Pictured is also the “summer solstice smoothie”. The grilled cheese was very unique and not something I would normally eat, but I enjoyed it. The apple slices added a subtle crunch, and the slight drizzle of honey added a touch of sweetness.
Mezcal Cantina is located in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is off a main road and gets a lot of foot traffic. The DCU Center is very close to the restaurant and can bring many customers on the night of a concert or another event. As soon as you walk in, you can tell the atmosphere is very lively and vibrant. There is unique artwork displayed on the walls that brings alive the Mexican vibe.

The first dish pictured above was Mezcal’s guacamole and chips. There are numerous kinds of guacamole to be served. This one was the “Mediterranean guacamole”. It mixed in sweet and savory tastes while the chips added a salty crunch.
This colorful exciting chicken salad is assorted with many flavors. It looked and smelled delicious.
